Riyadh: Riyadh is gearing up to host the 3rd Saudi Forum for 4IR, organized by the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR Saudi Arabia), in partnership with the World Economic Forum and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), from October 29-30, 2025, under the theme 'Frontiers of Global Technology.' The event underscores the Kingdom's role as a regional and international hub for innovation and a platform for shaping the future of emerging technologies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum serves as a global platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and policy-shaping on frontier technologies. It embodies the Kingdom's ambitions to build a diversified, knowledge-based economy and supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

In its third edition, the forum will feature ministers and senior officials, among more than 90 distinguished local and international speakers representing government and private entities, academia, research and innovation communities, and members of the World Economic Forum's global network of centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The forum is structured around six core themes: the Intelligent Economy, the Future of Industry, Beyond Digital, Future-Proofing Society, Responsible Technology and Ethical Boundaries, and Strategic Resources for the 4IR Economy. It includes more than 25 high-level panel discussions and specialized workshops, featuring distinguished national and international leaders.

The forum will also witness the signing of agreements and announcements that further strengthen the innovation and advanced technology ecosystem in the Kingdom, alongside a dedicated exhibition showcasing cutting-edge technologies and future solutions.

On the sidelines of the forum, the World Economic Forum's 2025 Quantum Economy Network Meeting will be held, bringing together more than 80 senior leaders from governments, corporations, universities, and international organizations to discuss global cooperation and responsible innovation in quantum technologies.
