SASO Wins Arab Government Excellence Award for Product Safety Initiative.

Cairo: The Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) has been awarded the Arab Government Excellence Award for its Product Safety Initiative. The accolade was presented during the third session of the award ceremony at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo, recognizing SASO's achievement in the category of best government development initiative or experience. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Arab Government Excellence Award is the first of its kind in the Arab world and represents the region's largest initiative dedicated to development, improvement, and administrative excellence. The award, launched by the UAE government in collaboration with the Arab League, aims to foster administrative innovation, institutional excellence, and the recognition of pioneering government practices across the Arab world. SASO's recognition highlights its leadership and sustained commitment to improving product safety and protecting consumers. This achievement underscores the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's de dication to advancing institutional excellence, enhancing government performance, and aligning with Vision 2030 goals to improve the quality of life and raise operational efficiency within public institutions.
