Riyadh: The Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships (SCISP) wrapped up its coordination councils and joint committees specialist program in Riyadh, under the patronage of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCISP, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah. The program saw participation from 40 trainees representing over 10 government entities.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is part of the center's mission to support the secretariats of coordination councils and joint committees that involve the Kingdom. It aims to empower national competencies by improving the specialized skills and capabilities of government representatives. The program enables participants to utilize tools for effective coordination and joint action, facilitating integration among the secretariats on the Saudi side of these councils and committees through the sharing of expertise and experiences.
The initiative marks a first in the Kingdom, focusing on developing specialized staff for the management and follow-up of coordination councils and joint committees. Participants were awarded accredited certificates upon completion of the program.
