Riyadh:Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Salem Saleh bin Braik, has expressed gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for their support towards the Yemeni people.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ambassador highlighted the directives issued by King Salman as a response to a request from Presidential Leadership Council President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi. These directives aim to regularize the status of Yemeni nationals residing irregularly in Saudi Arabia and are seen as an extension of the longstanding fraternal and humanitarian relations between Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
The ambassador emphasized that these directives are a testament to the deep and historic ties between the two nations, showcasing the continued support from Saudi leadership to Yemen, especially during challenging times. He urged Yemeni community members to take advantage of the initiative and adhere to forthcoming official instructions.
Additionally, the Yemeni Embassy in Riyadh will continue coordinating with relevant authorities to keep the community informed of all procedures and consular services related to this initiative.
