Jeddah: Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) President Dr. Jalal Alowaisi affirmed that the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO)'s Golden Jubilee celebrates 50 years of outstanding humanitarian efforts, noting that the celebration marks the beginning of a new phase for ARCO to tackle humanitarian challenges and increase efforts to alleviate human suffering.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Alowaisi emphasized that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always been a strong supporter of humanitarian work worldwide. He added that the Kingdom has hosted and continuously supported ARCO since its establishment in 1975, reflecting its commitment to humanitarian work under the directives of its leadership.
