Riyadh: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) held talks with an Indian delegation during the International Conference on Data and AI Capacity Building (ICAN2026). The delegation was headed by Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan. The discussions reviewed key topics related to the India-AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled to take place in New Delhi on February 19 and 20.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the session discussed data and AI topics, with a focus on those related to the summit's themes, and reviewed opportunities for partnership between the two countries in the areas of language models and generative AI, supporting the development of an innovation ecosystem and the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
