Bahrain: The GCC Commercial Arbitration Center is set to launch the second GCC Law and Arbitration Week under the patronage of GCC Secretary-General Jasem Albudaiwi. Scheduled for January 25 to 29 in Bahrain, the event will feature presentations by more than 50 Gulf and international experts.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program will include a series of specialized sessions on key legal and arbitration topics. These sessions will be followed by discussions focusing on investment laws, major projects, and international commercial arbitration within the GCC.
