Istanbul: The Second Session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Conference of Transport Ministers (OICCTM) commenced today in Istanbul, Trkiye, focusing on "Strengthening Transport Connectivity to Deepen Fraternity among OIC Member States."
According to Saudi Press Agency, the high-level meeting gathers ministers and delegations from various Islamic countries with the goal of coordinating efforts to modernize the transport sector. The conference also seeks to enhance economic integration among member states.
The event is anticipated to conclude with the adoption of a significant resolution aimed at transforming the OIC into a globally competitive and integrated transport hub.
