Riyadh: The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) will participate in the Global Health Exhibition 2025, which is scheduled to be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham from October 27 to 30. The event will be held under the theme "Invest in Health".
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the exhibition, the SFDA plans to launch several digital initiatives, projects, and services. These developments are part of the SFDA's ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing public health and safety while improving regulatory and operational processes. Such initiatives are integral to strengthening Saudi Arabia's position and are aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. This vision emphasizes placing individuals at the center of development and using health as a fundamental component for societal prosperity and stability.
The SFDA will also conduct two specialized workshops that focus on regulatory requirements for clinical trials of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic products. Furthermore, it will present its initiatives related to patient care, healthcare solutions, and digital medical product frameworks implemented across Saudi Arabia.
The Global Health Exhibition is recognized as a prominent platform for the exchange of knowledge and innovation. It features participation from more than 2,000 exhibitors, 500 speakers, and offers over 100 hours of continuing professional development.
This engagement underscores Saudi Arabia's leadership in promoting the global health transformation agenda.
