Solomon Islands Struck by 5.7 Magnitude Earthquake

Solomon islands: A 5.7 magnitude earthquake struck the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific today, as reported by the German Centre for Geosciences.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tremor occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers with an epicenter at 11.22 degrees south latitude and 162.72 degrees east longitude.

No casualties or significant damage have been reported.
