Madinah: The Prophet's Mosque is witnessing during the first 10 days of Dhu Al-Hijjah the arrival of large numbers of pilgrims from various countries around the world. Pilgrims are keen to visit the Prophet's Mosque and pray there before heading to Makkah to perform Hajj rituals amid spiritual and faith-filled atmospheres of serenity and devotion.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque is intensifying organizational and service efforts inside the Prophet's Mosque and its courtyards. These efforts include providing awareness programs and guidance sessions related to Hajj rituals and performing rituals in accordance with Islamic teachings.
The programs enable pilgrims of different nationalities and languages to benefit from guidance services during their stay in Madinah before departing to the holy sites. The authority also continues crowd-management efforts that contribute to providing a safe and convenient environment for pilgrims and visitors.
Pilgrims depart Madinah with profound spiritual emotions after spending spiritually enriching days in the Prophet's Mosque, heading to Makkah to continue their faith journey in performing Hajj.
Pilgrim transportation operations continue through the sixth day of Dhu Al-Hijjah through integrated field coordination among relevant entities to enable pilgrims to perform rituals with security, reassurance, and ease.
