Jeddah: Saudi Post SPL has delivered more than 3.4 million school bags to over 14,000 schools across 11 educational directorates this year. The initiative is part of an effort to ensure students are equipped for the start of the academic year.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the delivery process involved 344 trips between the Kingdom's regions and more than 2,200 last-mile fleet trips directly to schools. An integrated logistics chain was employed to guarantee the timely delivery of school bags and textbooks.
This large-scale operation is the result of a strategic partnership between the Ministry of Education and SPL. The collaboration, in coordination with the National Curriculum Center, aims to unify efforts to ensure students are prepared from the very first day of the school year.
