Tabuk:The environment, water, and agriculture sectors in the Tabuk Region presented a variety of investment opportunities during an event at the Tabuk Chamber on Tuesday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the showcased opportunities span agriculture, livestock, and aquaculture, with proposed projects including greenhouses, plant nurseries, olive presses, and facilities for feed and fertilizer production. Additionally, there are plans for beekeeping and honey production, fish farming, and initiatives to utilize agricultural and animal waste.
Further investment opportunities related to vegetation cover and ecotourism were discussed, such as the development of lodges, campsites, caravan parks, and the propagation of native, aromatic, and medicinal plants. Activities like nature trekking and equestrian sports were also highlighted.
The workshop aimed to promote available investment opportunities, encourage private-sector involvement, and build partnerships with investors. It served as a platform for collecting proposals to enhance the region's investment landscape in these sectors, with several officials in attendance.
