Thunderstorms and Dusty Winds Expected Across Several Regions in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah: Thunderstorms are expected to affect parts of Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, extending to the southern parts of Makkah Region. Gusty, dust-stirring winds are predicted in parts of these regions as well as in sections of Madinah, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Eastern, and Riyadh regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the weather will be hot to extremely hot across parts of the eastern and central regions of the Kingdom. This forecast serves as a reminder for residents to prepare for potential weather disruptions and take necessary precautions.

Winds over the Red Sea are anticipated to be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 15-30 km/h. The sea conditions will range from relatively calm with wave heights between half a meter to one and a half meters.

In the Arabian Gulf, westerly to northwesterly winds are expected at speeds of 10-25 km/h. The sea will remain calm with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter.
