Two Holy Mosques Authority Introduces Crowd Density Viewing for Pilgrims

Mecca: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched a new digital service aimed at improving the experience of pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque. This service allows visitors to check the crowd density in the Mataf and Masaa areas in real-time, supporting a smoother and more tranquil performance of Umrah rituals.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the newly introduced service provides users with a visual representation of crowd density through color-coded indicators. This feature helps visitors select optimal times and routes for performing Tawaf and Sai, aiding in the distribution of crowds, reducing congestion, and enhancing crowd management efficiency within the Grand Mosque.
