Umrah and Ziyarah Forum Workshops Showcase Practical Solutions to Enhance Pilgrims’ Experience and Service Quality

Madinah: Specialized workshops held today in Madinah as part of the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum focused on strengthening innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in the Umrah and visitation sector.

According to Saudi Press Agency, workshops on the forum's second day, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, discussed the latest solutions to advance the Umrah and Ziyarah services ecosystem. They also reviewed innovative projects contributing to sector development and enhancing services for visitors through applied discussions on operational, digital, and regulatory aspects, as well as ways to address current challenges and develop practical solutions.

The workshops presented practical tools and effective methodologies to improve service quality, enhance operational efficiency, and expand transformation opportunities through modern technologies and advanced operational models, thereby positively impacting the overall pilgrim experience.

The workshops, held within the forum that witnessed broad participation from the government, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as innovators, investors, and startups, provided a key platform for exchanging expertise among specialists and stakeholders.
