Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Umm Al-Qura University to organize the 22nd Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research

Makkah, Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and in the presence of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, affiliated to Umm Al-Qura University, is organizing the 22nd Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah and Visit Research, on the 29th of Jumada II - Rajab 1, 1444 AH, at the university’s King Abdulaziz Historical Hall, under the slogan "Towards a Distinguished Experience to Serve the Guests of AlRahman."

Dean of the Institute, Suleiman Al-Amr, said that the forum will be held with the participation of specialized academic researchers, representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and the third sector, and aims to highlight the most important experiences and efforts to provide distinguished services to the pilgrims, and to provide the scientific platform for publication, in addition to providing a scientific environment to exchange experiences, expertise, and lessons learned, and to encourage innovation and scientific research in services for the Hajj and Umrah sector.

He added that the forum serves 16 goals, in addition to six programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. It also includes seven scientific sessions, in which 33 speakers will discuss several scientific axes, in addition to workshops and sessions for scientific posters, through three main axes to discuss the guest’s experience and its importance in achieving the satisfaction of the pilgrims about the quality of the services provided to them and understanding their needs and expectations.
