Riyadh: The UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (RCQE) has launched the Financial Sustainability Program as part of its 2026 programs and projects.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the center invited specialized institutions and organizations, as well as experienced professionals, to submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the approved terms of reference, specifications, and submission form through RCQE's official portal.
The project is part of RCQE's efforts to strengthen institutional sustainability and develop financial models and mechanisms that support its programs and initiatives while expanding the center's regional and international impact.
The initiative aligns with the center's mission to promote quality and excellence in education and supports Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4).
RCQE said submissions opened on Thursday, with Thursday, September 17, set as the deadline for technical inquiries. The deadline for submitting technical and financial proposals is Sunday, September 20.
Applicants to the program are required to complete the online application form and pay the applicable fee to obtain the terms of reference and specifications. They must also review and fulfill all requirements before uploading their technical and financial proposals, along with the supporting documents, through the center's official portal.
RCQE noted that the evaluation process will place particular emphasis on the quality of the technical proposal and its responsiveness to the project's requirements. It will also consider the competitiveness of the financial proposal and its suitability to the allocated budget. The aim is to select the strongest proposals and those best positioned to achieve the project's objectives and ensure the sustainability of its impact.
RCQE invited qualified organizations, institutions, experts, and specialists to take advantage of the opportunity and submit high-quality proposals. The proposals should support the center's work, develop its financial sustainability framework, and enhance the impact of its programs and projects.
