University of Hafr Al Batin Students Win 10 Medals at ITEX 2026 in Malaysia

Kuala lumpur: Students from University of Hafr Al Batin won 10 medals, including eight gold and two silver medals, at the ITEX 2026 International Invention and Innovation Expo in Malaysia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, student Sarah bint Saleh Alanazi from the College of Computer Science and Engineering received the prestigious 'Best Innovation for Young Inventors 2026' award in the university education category. In addition to this accolade, she secured two gold medals from ITEX 2026 and the University of Thailand.

Student Saleh bin Ahmed Alanazi from the same college was awarded three medals, including a silver medal from the expo and two gold medals presented by the University of Thailand and the Energy and Water Academy.

In a similar vein, Mohammed bin Saad Aldalili from the College of Science also achieved remarkable success by winning three medals, comprising one silver and two gold medals.

Supervisor of the Student Excellence Center, Dr. Najoud bint Mohammed Badiwi, was honored with two gold medals from ITEX 2026 and the Energy and Water Academy.

The university celebrated these outstanding achievements and the students' exceptional performances at the event.
