Weather Conditions Set to Change in Eastern Region

Riyadh: Temperatures are expected to rise in parts of the Eastern Region today as forecasted by meteorologists.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has reported that dust-stirring winds will affect parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah regions. Additionally, gusty winds accompanied by rain may impact the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions.

The Red Sea will experience northwesterly to westerly winds at speeds of 20-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and 15-30 km/h in the southern part. Waves in the Red Sea are expected to range from half a meter to two meters, with conditions varying from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly to northerly winds will prevail at speeds of 15-35 km/h. Waves are predicted to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.
