Riyadh:The Yemeni government has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on King Khalid International Airport, expressing full solidarity with Saudi Arabia's leadership, government, and citizens.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Yemeni government labeled the attack a dangerous escalation, highlighting the determination of the Houthi militia to threaten Saudi Arabia's security by targeting civilian facilities and endangering lives.
The statement emphasized the inseparable security relationship between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, asserting that any attack on Saudi territory or civilian infrastructure threatens the security and stability of the entire region, as well as the freedom of movement and aviation safety.
Furthermore, the Yemeni government reiterated its gratitude for Saudi Arabia's crucial role, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in supporting Yemen and its legitimate leadership, aiding in the restoration of its state and institutions, and bolstering regional security and stability.
