Riyadh: The Aseer Region Development Authority has introduced an interactive digital map as part of the Aseer Summer Season 2026, allowing visitors to navigate tourist destinations, events, and experiences across the region's governorates. This innovative map offers updated details on tourism routes and activities, facilitating trip planning and exploration of available options.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the launch of the interactive map aligns with the commencement of Aseer Summer Season 2026, which was inaugurated by Governor of Aseer Region and Chairman of the Aseer Region Development Authority, Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz. The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and the Saudi Tourism Authority, in collaboration with the National Events Center.
Aseer Summer Season 2026 is set to draw more than three million visitors through over 100 events and experiences distributed across several governorates and destinations in the region. The program includes a variety of cultural, artistic, entertainment, sports, and family-oriented activities.
The introduction of the interactive map is part of the authority's initiative to enhance the visitor experience by providing seamless access to information on tourist destinations, activities, and events throughout the Aseer region.
