Makkah: His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. He was welcomed by the Commander of the National Center for Security Operations, Brigadier General Omar bin Aydha Al-Talhi.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Mr. Al-Ghamdi toured various departments within the center and received a briefing on the workflow mechanisms. The center is tasked with handling reports and communications, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate authorities swiftly and followed up until resolution. The operations are conducted using modern unified technical systems to provide optimal services to the Guests of God in multiple languages, available 24/7.
The Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region services 16 governorates, along with the city itself. The center consolidates 47 operations rooms, all operating under the unified emergency number 911. It specializes in receiving emergency calls from a variety of security and service agencies.
