Jakarta: The 19th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Member States (PUIC) kicked off in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event marks a significant gathering of parliamentary representatives from OIC member states.
According to Saudi Press Agency, leading the Kingdom's delegation is Speaker of the Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Sheikh. The conference is seeing participation from heads of councils and parliamentarians from PUIC, along with delegation leaders and several heads of other parliamentary organizations.
