Riyadh: Governor of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) Haitham Alohaly honored the stc Group for winning two awards: Best Customer Experience in Mobile Telecommunications Services and Best Customer Experience in Fixed Telecommunications Infrastructure Services. The two awards were received by stc CEO Eng. Olayan Alwetaid.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the recognition was awarded in appreciation of stc's excellence in delivering fixed and mobile telecommunications services to individual customers. It reflects the group's commitment to applying standards and performance indicators related to user experience, including measuring customer satisfaction, ensuring ease of access to digital services, and meeting the commission's technology benchmarks.
