Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecasted extremely hot weather conditions over parts of the Eastern, Makkah, Madinah, and Riyadh regions. Gusty winds stirring dust are anticipated to affect these areas, as well as parts of the Qassim, Northern Borders, and Tabuk regions, potentially reducing horizontal visibility to near zero along the coastal parts of Makkah and Madinah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds are expected over parts of the Jazan and Aseer regions, with thunderclouds likely to form over the southern parts of the Eastern Region and parts of the Najran Region. Over the Red Sea, winds will be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and westerly to northwesterly in the southern part, with varying speeds and wave heights ranging from half a meter to over two meters, creating conditions from calm to choppy seas.
In the Arabian Gulf, wind patterns are expected to be northwesterly to southwesterly at moderate speeds, resulting in calm sea conditions with wave heights between half a meter and one meter.
