Islamic Affairs Ministry Welcomes Second Group of Global Pilgrims for Umrah and Visitation

Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance today completed the reception of the second group of guests under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Umrah and Visitation, following the arrival of all 250 male and female pilgrims representing 23 countries across Europe and Asia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry has prepared a comprehensive program for the guests throughout their stay in Madinah. The program includes visits to the Prophet's Mosque to perform prayers, Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, Quba Mosque, and the Uhud Martyrs Cemetery. It also includes a visit to the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex and a tour of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization before the guests depart for Makkah to perform Umrah. The program is supported by an integrated package of services and care provided by the ministry.

The second group comprises 250 male and female pilgrims from 23 countries in Europe and Asia: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Moldova, Austria, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Switzerland, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria.
