Osama Al-Qawasmi, member of the Political Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and member of the Revolutionary Council of the Fatah movement, called on our people for the widest field participation in support of the prisoners who are subjected to an unprecedented racist attack.
Al-Qawasmi said that the racist decisions of Netanyahu’s government reflect the gang mentality and criminality against prisoners, and they contradict the most basic human rights laws and the Fourth Geneva Conventions.
Al-Qawasmi called on the Human Rights Council and all international organizations, especially the Red Cross, to condemn and reject these decisions and to press for their cancellation and to protect the rights of prisoners acquired through international conventions and the prisoners’ struggles over many decades
