Antalya: The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) celebrated the graduation of the fifth cohort of its employment-linked qualification program under the 'Entertainment Destination Management' track. The program is part of the Happiness Creators initiative, which aims to develop and empower national talent in the entertainment sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the ceremony, 24 male and female trainees were awarded accredited certificates from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). All graduates have been employed across eight companies operating in the entertainment sector, reflecting the program's strong alignment with labor market needs and its success in preparing job-ready professionals upon graduation.
The program spanned a full year and consisted of three main phases. It began with three months of English language training, followed by six months of specialized training in entertainment destination management, and concluded with three months of on-the-job practical training within the companies where participants were ultimately employed.
