Guests Visit Kaaba Kiswa Factory and Revelation Exhibition in Makkah

Makkah: Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, visited the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Manufacturing of the Holy Kaaba Kiswa and the Revelation Exhibition at Hira Cultural District in Makkah. This visit is part of a cultural initiative designed to enrich pilgrims' experiences and introduce them to significant Islamic and historical sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tour commenced with a visit to the Kiswa Complex. During this visit, the guests were informed about the detailed stages involved in the manufacturing of the Holy Kaaba's Kiswa. These stages include fabric preparation, dyeing, embroidery, sewing, and the final assembly. The guests also learned about the raw materials utilized and observed the craftsmanship of skilled national cadres. Additionally, they participated in a symbolic activity of stitching a part of the Kiswa.

The guests then proceeded to the Revelation Exhibition at Hira Cultural District. Here, they explored a range of exhibits that narrate the stories of the prophets and highlight aspects of the Prophet's blessed biography. This part of the tour aimed to provide the guests with deeper insight into the history and significance of these narratives.
