This initiative aims to assist in the identification process at lost pilgrims' guidance centers and hospitals by utilizing biometric verification devices, specifically fingerprints.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the mobile electronic services teams work in coordination with relevant and partner authorities to directly receive and process reports efficiently. This process ensures that the identities of lost or hospitalized pilgrims are verified in a timely manner, facilitating their identification and assistance during the Hajj pilgrimage.
