Hajj Security Forces Command Focuses on Managing Pilgrim Traffic During Hajj Season

Makkah: The Hajj Security Forces Command for Traffic Affairs is stepping up its field efforts for the 1447 AH Hajj season by implementing comprehensive traffic plans aimed at managing the movement in Makkah and the holy sites. These plans aim to prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering and facilitate the smooth transfer of pilgrims among Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the traffic plans utilize a system of modern technologies and smart control mechanisms. These are supported by trained security personnel who monitor traffic flow on the ground and address any potential congestion. These measures are intended to improve mobility efficiency and ensure the safety of pilgrims.

Preparations also involve regulating vehicle permits for entry into the holy sites during designated periods. Authorized vehicles are directed along specific routes, and lanes are allocated for buses to ensure their scheduled arrival between the sites. Additionally, stop stations are managed with high efficiency to streamline the process.
