Health Minister Engages in Strategic Discussions in Paris

Paris: Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel held two high-level bilateral meetings in Paris during his official visit to the French Republic.

According to Saudi Press Agency, AlJalajel met with Anne-Claire Legendre, Advisor to the French President, at the Elys©e Palace. Their discussions centered on enhancing the partnership between Saudi Arabia and France in health-related fields and expanding strategic cooperation. Key areas of focus included developing health systems, fostering medical innovation, and facilitating the exchange of expertise between the two countries.

The minister also met with Clara Chappaz, Minister of State for Digital Affairs, to explore prospects for cooperation in artificial-intelligence (AI) technologies within the health sector. Their discussions aimed at leveraging AI to improve healthcare quality and enhance service efficiency.

In addition to these meetings, AlJalajel engaged with Saudi scholarship students in Paris. He praised their academic achievements and their role in representing Saudi Arabia at international scientific forums, emphasizing their contributions to the future of the health sector through knowledge and innovation.
