These services are delivered directly at their accommodations in Makkah and the holy sites, operating within a comprehensive healthcare framework designed to ensure the highest levels of care and reassurance for pilgrims performing their Hajj rituals.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry has established specialized medical clinics within the guests' residential complexes. Staffed by qualified medical personnel, these 24-hour facilities are fully stocked with therapeutic and preventative medications, alongside modern diagnostic and emergency equipment. This infrastructure guarantees immediate healthcare access and continuous monitoring for a variety of medical conditions.
Furthermore, the ministry has deployed fully equipped ambulances to manage emergencies and swiftly transport critical cases to local hospitals, working in close coordination with the Ministry of Health. These services reflect a steadfast commitment to comprehensive care for the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, executing the directives of the wise leadership to provide premium facilities that enable pilgrims to perform their rituals in a safe, comfortable, and spiritually enriching environment.
