Islamic Affairs Ministry in Makkah Implements ‘Glad Tidings of Arrival’ Initiative at Key Miqats

Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in Taif has implemented the 'Glad Tidings of Arrival' initiative at Qarn Al-Manazil Miqat and Wadi Mahram Miqat. This initiative is part of the ministry's comprehensive plans to serve pilgrims and enhance their awareness and guidance during Hajj 1447 AH.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative involved welcoming pilgrims at the designated miqats with flowers. In addition, the ministry distributed multilingual awareness and guidance materials. These materials are designed to educate pilgrims about Hajj rituals and ensure they perform the rites in accordance with proper Islamic teachings.

The 'Glad Tidings of Arrival' initiative is one of several programs undertaken by the ministry through its branches across the Kingdom during the Hajj season. These efforts underscore Saudi Arabia's dedication to serving Islam and Muslims, focusing on the care of pilgrims, and providing them with religious and awareness services.
