Judge Carl Irani issued a decision today compelling the Ministry of Finance to hand over the preliminary forensic audit of the accounts and activities of Lebanon's Central Bank , prepared by Alvarez and Marsal company, to Kataeb Leader MP Samy Gemayel immediately and without delay. This decision is considered a victory for MP Gemayel, especially since he was specifically named to receive the report as soon as possible.
