KSrelief Completes Pediatric Heart Surgery Project in Kenya

Nairobi:The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has successfully concluded a volunteer medical project for pediatric open-heart surgery in Nairobi, Kenya, which took place from September 30 to October 5, 2026.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative involved 12 volunteers, including medical, nursing, and technical staff, who worked collaboratively to perform 12 open-heart surgeries and 22 cardiac surgical procedures.

This campaign is a part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts through KSrelief to provide humanitarian aid by alleviating the suffering of patients and injured individuals in need around the globe.
