Aden: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) today implemented the Saudi Noor Volunteer Project to combat blindness and the diseases that cause it in Yemen's Aden Governorate.
According to Saudi Press Agency, as part of the campaign, 3,200 surgical procedures will be performed to remove cataracts and implant lenses. The initiative targets the most vulnerable groups and elderly individuals who are unable to afford the cost of surgery and treatment.
These efforts are part of the humanitarian and relief projects carried out by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, to support the health sector and assist patients suffering from eye diseases in brotherly and friendly countries.
