Madinah: Governor of Madinah Region Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz received at his office Director of Civil Defense in Madinah Region Major General Ali bin Abdullah Al-Qarni. During their meeting, the governor reviewed the Civil Defense Directorate's annual report, which included performance indicators and efforts in safety and prevention, development initiatives, and service improvement. The discussions also focused on the ongoing preparations for the Hajj season 1447 AH, which encompassed field plans and precautionary measures to ensure pilgrim safety.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the governor emphasized the importance of enhancing readiness and raising the level of coordination among relevant entities. This is particularly crucial during the Hajj season, as it strengthens the protection of lives and property and contributes to providing the best services to pilgrims.
