Riyadh: Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary today patronized the signing ceremony of several partnership agreements as part of the first phase of the media institutions development program, in the presence of dignitaries and representatives from government agencies, private entities, and press institutions. The program aims to empower press institutions to modernize their operational models, enhance future-readiness, strengthen their digital presence, and build professional and media capabilities, thereby improving the quality of journalistic content.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the signing of memoranda of understanding and agreements brought together a range of government and private entities with press institutions, reflecting a collaborative approach to sector development. The first phase of the program will be implemented with continuous monitoring and evaluation by support teams at the General Authority for Media Regulation, alongside ongoing efforts to refine tools and plans in response to emerging needs and opportunities.
