Riyadh: Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail inaugurated Khuzam Digital Valley during the opening ceremony of the Real Estate Future Forum (RFF 2026), in the presence of Chief Executive Officer of National Housing Company (NHC) Mohammed Albuty and Chief Executive Officer of NHC Innovation Rayan Alaql.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Khuzam Digital Valley is an integrated city specialized in data centers and digital technologies and is located within the Khuzam Destination. The city represents one of the main pillars of NHC's strategy to expand its investments in digital infrastructure and technology-driven advanced real estate development, with NHC Innovation leading the project's development and implementation.
The project offers an integrated infrastructure system that includes energy, digital, and engineering services and facilities. It is supported by highly reliable communications networks and construction-ready land developed in accordance with the highest standards of safety and security.
Khuzam Digital Valley is expected to support the national digital economy, diversify specialized real estate investment opportunities, create additional roles in the technology sector, and attract local and international investments within a prepared and purpose-built business environment.
NHC Innovation invited investors and entities operating in the fields of technology, data centers, energy, communications, and specialized real estate investment to join the Khuzam Digital Valley project and contribute to building a future digital city that represents a promising regional investment platform.
