Najran Governor Reviews Services for Yemeni Pilgrims at Al-Wadiah Border Crossing

Najran: Najran Region Governor Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed today inspected the services provided to pilgrims arriving from Yemen through Al-Wadiah Border Crossing.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the inspection tour, the governor was briefed by Director General of the Ministry of Health branch in the region, Ibrahim Bani Hamim, on the health services provided through the Health Monitoring Center. The services include essential vaccinations and immunizations, the distribution of public health awareness materials, and the provision of gifts to pilgrims. Additionally, the governor observed an interactive robot designed to respond to pilgrims' inquiries.

Furthermore, the governor inspected the passport control counters in the pilgrims' hall at the crossing. He received a briefing from Acting Director General of Passports, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, on the services aimed at ensuring a smooth and efficient movement of pilgrims.

He also reviewed the operations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, which involve the inspection of buses and vehicles using advanced technologies. Additionally, the services provided by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah at the land port were assessed.

During his visit, the governor took the opportunity to meet with Yemeni pilgrims, instructing officials to streamline their procedures and deliver the highest level of services.
