Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's Nusuk Care centers serve as the ministry's frontline service hubs, providing pilgrims with an integrated range of support services around the clock to enrich the Hajj and Umrah experience in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the centers offer a comprehensive range of services, including guidance for lost pilgrims, assistance with inquiries and complaints, reporting missing persons, and support for using the Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications, helping ensure a seamless and efficient pilgrimage experience.
The ministry said the centers operate in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and the holy sites during the Hajj season, as well as in other high-density pilgrim locations. Staffed around the clock by qualified Saudi personnel fluent in multiple languages, including sign language, the centers work in coordination with government entities, private-sector partners, and nonprofit organizations to deliver high-quality services and respond promptly to pilgrims' needs.
The centers provide services for both individual pilgrims and business partners. Individual services include guidance, counseling, responding to inquiries, handling complaints, assisting in missing persons cases, supporting the use of the Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications, and offering enrichment programs. Business services, delivered through the ministry's headquarters, include accrediting accommodation service providers and responding to their inquiries, supporting greater integration across the pilgrim services ecosystem.
