Al-baha: Al-Baha Municipality has launched the Panorama Al-Baha digital service through the national integrated app Tawakkalna and the municipality's electronic portal as part of its technology-driven initiatives accompanying this year's Al-Baha summer season. The initiative aims to enrich visitors' experience and highlight the region's unique tourism assets.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Undersecretary for Digital Transformation at the municipality Eng. Ismail Al-Ghamdi stated that the service enables users to explore the region's most prominent landmarks and tourist destinations through 360-degree views. He mentioned that the interactive virtual experience allows visitors to discover locations, facilities, and available services before visiting in person, facilitating movement and helping them make the most of tourist attractions.
Al-Ghamdi emphasized that the service is part of the municipality's ongoing efforts toward digital transformation and the use of modern technologies to enhance services provided to residents and visitors. This contributes to improved quality of life and supports the region's tourism development objectives.
He further explained that Panorama Al-Baha represents a qualitative addition to the municipality's digital initiatives during the summer season. It helps showcase the region's natural and tourism assets while enhancing the visitor experience through interactive information that supports better trip planning and enables visitors to enjoy a variety of tourist sites.
