Riyadh: The Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water (PSIPW) is nearing the completion of its 12th cycle, with the scientific judging of nominated research and innovations reaching its final stages. United Nations Secretary-General Ant³nio Guterres previously praised the prize's vital role in addressing global water challenges during the 11th cycle award ceremony held at the United Nations Office in Vienna. He affirmed that water is essential to life, while warning of the challenges facing billions of people in accessing safe drinking water and basic sanitation services.
