Spiritual Experience through ‘Hajj Without Luggage’ and ‘Passengers With No Bags’ Services Enhances Pilgrim Journey

Riyadh: Saudi Post (SPL) continues to strengthen its role in supporting the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem through its 'Hajj Without Luggage' and 'Passengers With No Bags' services during the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative reflects national integration among entities serving pilgrims and aligns with the Kingdom's efforts to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims through logistical solutions that facilitate movement and enrich the spiritual experience in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

SPL provides its services through two dedicated tracks for domestic pilgrims and pilgrims arriving from outside the Kingdom. The "Hajj Without Luggage" service for domestic pilgrims includes baggage collection and transportation between various cities and regions, including Makkah and Madinah. Luggage is collected through SPL branches across the Kingdom and transported directly to pilgrims' accommodations in the holy sites, enabling a smoother and more convenient travel experience that allows pilgrims to perform rituals with ease and peace of mind.

The 'Passengers With No Bags' service enables pilgrims arriving from abroad to have their luggage collected from baggage claim areas at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport and transported directly to their accommodations. The service also includes collecting luggage from hotels upon departure and delivering it to the airport, providing an integrated travel experience that streamlines procedures from arrival to departure and enhances the quality of services offered to pilgrims.

The services are supported by a comprehensive operational network that includes more than 565 trained employees working around the clock, in addition to a logistics fleet of more than 100 trucks and 65 vehicles dedicated to enhancing last-mile services, ensuring operational readiness and efficient service delivery throughout the Hajj season.
