Riyadh: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Alar Karis of the Republic of Estonia on his country's Independence Day.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed wishes for the president's continued good health and happiness, and for the government and people of Estonia to experience steady progress and prosperity.
