Mecca: The Unified Contact Center 1966 of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues providing services to pilgrims during the Days of Tashreeq through multiple communication channels and in 11 languages. The center offers support, responds to inquiries, and helps pilgrims perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
According to Saudi Press Agency, since the beginning of Dhu Al-Qi'dah, the center has received more than 167,000 calls. The center operates around the clock through the unified number 1966 inside the Kingdom, the international number 920002814, the Nusuk application, email, and the ministry's digital platforms. The services provide pilgrims with multiple options to access support while in the holy sites.
Inquiries and reports received by the center on the Day of Arafah included questions related to accommodation, transportation, catering, guidance, and field services. Specialized teams document requests, classify them, and refer them to the relevant channels for follow-up and processing in coordination with concerned entities.
