Riyadh: Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) Vice Governor of Entrepreneurship Saud Alsabhan signed a memorandum of understanding with Carve Startup Labs CEO Vishnu Nagaraj during the Biban Forum 2025.
