Medina: The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has completed its operational and service preparations at the Prophet's Mosque for the Day of Arafah and Eid Al-Adha, ensuring that worshippers and visitors can perform their religious duties with ease and reassurance.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the preparations include intensifying sterilization and sanitization operations to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, the authority has enhanced spatial guidance services in multiple languages to assist the diverse group of visitors and facilitate smooth crowd movement through the mosque's entrances and gates.
The authority has also focused on strengthening services for the elderly and persons with disabilities, ensuring they have the necessary support to comfortably participate in the religious observances. Furthermore, the mosque's fragrance and incense programs have been intensified to enhance the spiritual atmosphere inside the mosque.
In terms of infrastructure, the authority has confirmed the readiness of the prayer areas at the Prophet's Mosque by laying out more than 25,000 prayer rugs. This measure aims to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the expected influx of visitors during the Day of Arafah and Eid Al-Adha.
